Sourcing Specialist
- FullTime 40 Hours per week
- PHP 30000
- Monday to Friday 9:00AM 5:00PM

As a leader in the outsourcing space we are committed to delivering exceptional talent acquisition services and were seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our dedicated recruitment team.
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):
First 2 weeks:
- Quickly grasp and internalize client job requirements ensuring a swift start to the identification and evaluation of qualified applicants.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of talent channels identifying and leveraging the most effective platforms for sourcing toptier candidates.
First 30 Days:
- Optimize the endorsement process ensuring efficient handover of qualified applicants to the recruitment team contributing to a seamless hiring process.
- Perform indepth market research to understand client industries refining sourcing strategies for a more targeted and clientspecific approach.
30 60 Days:
- Establish a structured feedback loop with recruiters and hiring managers integrating insights to refine the sourcing approach and enhance candidate quality.
- Implement metrics and analytics tools to track the success of sourcing methods making informed decisions to continuously improve the quality of endorsed candidates.
60 Days to 5 months:
- Master the strategic talent mapping process aligning it with client needs to proactively identify and endorse talent that meets specific client requirements.
After 5 months:
- Propose and implement pioneering sourcing initiatives that directly contribute to the success of our clients positioning the company as a strategic partner in talent acquisition.
- Utilize one years worth of data and client feedback to refine and optimize the overall sourcing strategy ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the evolving needs of our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
Skills:
Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels and tools.
Strong understanding of client industries and job requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Datadriven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
HomeBased Requirements:
Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 5 mbps
Quiet private home office free from noise background or distractions
Updated computer (desktop or laptop) excellent quality headset with microphone and a working webcam
