Are you ready to join the adventure

Missions:

Under France Head of Operations leadership you will lead our energy product line. With millions in revenues and several hundred thousands of contracts subscribed a year it is a backbone of our activity. Your goal will be to manage financial results design objectives and create a roadmap to maximize our sales performance.

Here are some of your key responsibilities including but not limited to :

• Collaborative Work:Youll work intensively with sales teams Operations Support teams Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Performance Ownership:Youll be in charge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and will regularly produce accurate reports for stakeholders including top management and the Clevel board.
• Analytical Expertise:Youll conduct standalone analyses to assess business potential and delve into the evolution of specific KPIs showcasing a strong analytical mindset.
• Strategic Project Management: You will design and execute a roadmap of projects able to nourish a flywheel of constant improvements.
  

In short you will become a master in communication project management running excel & dashboard to lead in autonomy an entire business line generating millions in revenues at papernest!

About you :

• You have34 years of professional experiencein the consulting industry or in a startup environment as Business / StrategyAnalyst or Project Manager
• You have good analytical skills that enable you to structure and process qualitative and quantitativedata and draw insightful conclusions from it
• You are honest enthusiasticflexible & adaptable
• You demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get things done
• You are a team Player with good communication skills.
• French is your first language and you are fluent in English
