We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Support Analyst to join my clients team. As a Customer Support Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the superior operation of their Warehouse Management System (WMS) by providing excellent customer service and technical support to their clients. This position involves both remote and inperson support requiring strong communication and problemsolving skills.

Coding experience would be highly advantageous!

Tasks

**Customer Support:**

  • Assist customers with inquiries and problems related to my clients Warehouse Management System.
  • Provide remote and inperson support guiding customers through system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Work towards efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Technical Expertise:**

  • Utilize your experience in IT help desk support or a similar role to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in supporting Office 365 Active Directory Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
  • Working knowledge of Progress 4GL or OpenEdge application development is an advantage.

**Integration Support:**

  • Collaborate with customers to support integrations with thirdparty applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations.

**ProblemSolving and Analytical Skills:**

  • Demonstrate strong problemsolving analytical and debugging skills.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to address complex technical issues.

**Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:**

  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of computer systems to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Provide efficient solutions to technical problems to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

**Experience:**

  • Proven experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.

**Technical Skills:**

  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting Office 365 Active Directory Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
  • Working knowledge of Progress 4GL or OpenEdge application development (an advantage).

**Integration Experience:**

  • Experience in supporting integrations with thirdparty applications.

**ProblemSolving Skills:**

  • Strong problemsolving analytical and debugging skills.

**Team Collaboration:**

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Communication Skills:**

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
