Provide administrative support to the department or team including managing calendars scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
Assist with organizing and preparing documents presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails phone calls and mail and ensure timely responses and followups.
Maintain and update databases records and filing systems to ensure accurate and organized information management.
Coordinate logistics for events conferences and workshops including venue booking catering arrangements and equipment setup.
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in administrative or clerical role
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
