Duties:

  • Handle inbound inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Obtain accommodations and transportation according to client preferences
  • Utilize multiple systems and channels utilized in the booking process
  • Support the client with a variety of issues to ensure swift and consistent problem resolution
  • Regularly collaborate with your team
  • Effectively utilize all tools and technology to process, track and report transactions
  • Respond professionally to all clients and/or vendors and escalate issues, complaints or service disruptions according to procedures
  • Continually update and maintain files with client transactions and itineraries


Requirements
