Basic Services: The contractor shall provide services including work pertaining to fleet bridges dams facilities culverts and roads. Engages in factual technical information exchanges with Government workers who are performing related work. Tasks include but are not limited to:

1. 1. Travel to the Districts to give technical guidance or perform preliminary implementation of projects such as estimates bid documents statements of work or new or existing technology.
      1. Up to 20% of contract work will be tasked in the Delta Ranger District to help administer project work and perform services in the district office as requested.
   2. Mentor Supervisors Office Forest Engineer.
      1. Explain or discuss the following items:
         1. 1. 1. 1. The 5year condition inspection process for bridges dams facilities fleet roads water and wastewater systems.
                  2. The 5year real property inventory process for the different infrastructure systems.
                  3. Technical guidance and advice are given on various district projects such as culvert replacements asphalt overlays remodeling decommissioning building maintenance dam issues etc.
                  4. The advice guidance and input are given to other functional areas such as trespasses conveyances sustainable recreation plans timber sale roads etc.

Hours of Operation: The contractor is responsible for conducting business Monday thru Friday. If travel is required contractors may work weekends. The contractor will work full days or half days as appropriate.

Place of Performance: Work to be performed under this contract will be conducted virtually with some day trips to the Districts as needed.

Special Qualifications:

• Contractor must be proficient in Civil Engineering including fleet bridges dams facilities culverts and roads
• Contractor must be a registered professional Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 10 years of Experience in following:
  • The 5year condition inspection process for bridges dams facilities fleet roads water and wastewater systems.
  • The 5year real property inventory process for the different infrastructure systems.
  • Providing technical guidance and advice are given on various district projects such as culvert replacements asphalt overlays remodeling decommissioning building maintenance dam issues etc.
  • Providing advice guidance and input are given to other functional areas such as trespasses conveyances sustainable recreation plans timber sale roads etc.
