We are looking for a dynamic General Mangaer for a premium casual dining restaurant franchise located in the heart of Glasgow. We take pride in providing a unique dining experience offering exquisite dishes and exceptional service. As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Operational Leadership:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the restaurant.
Manage and lead a team of chefs frontofhouse staff and support personnel.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus that meet quality standards.

Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.

Indepth knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Understanding of financial aspects including budgeting and financial reporting.
