Requirements

Necessary qualifications

  • BSc degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management (4 years) throughout the full lifecycle (all phases) of an IT project.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience in business applications (i.e. ERP CRM PMS etc) IT infrastructure and systems implementation management.
  • Knowledge of security principles and related technologies.
  • Very good MSOffice skills; including MSProject and other project management tools.
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).

Desired qualifications

  • MSc degree in Business Management Information Technology Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Define project scope objectives and deliverables. Create project plans budgets and timelines.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities; including 3rd party vendor management.
  • Manage project resources effectively including staff equipment and technology.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders including senior management.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget. Financial Tracking and Documentation.
  • Implement and manage changes to project scope and objectives as necessary.
  • Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes and systems.
  • Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.
