Requirements
Necessary qualifications
- BSc degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management (4 years) throughout the full lifecycle (all phases) of an IT project.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge and experience in business applications (i.e. ERP CRM PMS etc) IT infrastructure and systems implementation management.
- Knowledge of security principles and related technologies.
- Very good MSOffice skills; including MSProject and other project management tools.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).
Desired qualifications
- MSc degree in Business Management Information Technology Computer Science or other relevant field.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables. Create project plans budgets and timelines.
- Lead crossfunctional teams ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities; including 3rd party vendor management.
- Manage project resources effectively including staff equipment and technology.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders including senior management.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget. Financial Tracking and Documentation.
- Implement and manage changes to project scope and objectives as necessary.
- Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes and systems.
- Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.
