Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the IT department management team including scheduling meetings handling phone calls and managing emails.
- Create and maintain ITrelated documentation such as reports manuals and correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of IT inventory supplies and service contracts.
- Assist in basic IT project coordination including tracking project progress scheduling and communicating with team members.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain IT records and databases.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments ensuring effective communication collaboration and scheduling.
Requirements
Necessary qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Related 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; including PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook Teams SharePoint etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of IT terminology and processes.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written)
Desired qualifications
- Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes.
- Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties
