Job Description
Responsible for answering all phone calls and prioritizing said calls.
Must have very good phone etiquette.
Participates directly in the order ordering and processing process while handling customer requests and orders, respectfully, efficiently and promptly.
Good knowledge of room service menu and available promotions.
Should be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to clients upon request.
