- 300 total seats
- Looking for someone to relocate there
- 15 - 20 kitchen team
Requirements
- 5+ years kitchen management experience
- Italian cuisine cooking experience
- Excellent references
- High volume upscale restaurant experience
- Owner will fly finalist to Lubbock for a final interview and kitchen stage

- $100,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience
