Salary Range: $70000 $80000 DOE

Commission Structure: This position is not bonus eligible

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Room Chef or Sous Chef
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• ServSafe Certified
• Tribal Property Experience is preferred

About the Role

This organization is looking for a Chef Tournant to join their team. This role is a direct link between the Executive Chef and Room Chef and is assigned production areas and outlets. The primary responsibilities are to ensure all communication standards policies and expectations are communicated to team members and then executed flawlessly. This leader will be expected to rotate into different areas in regards business demands and career development. This individual will perform management tasks such as training cooks setting the production flow managing inventory and ensuring that kitchens meet safety and sanitation standards.
