Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage the activities and resources at construction sites.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects ensuring successful completion within the given timeframe and budget.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers including subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor progress resolve any issues or conflicts and make decisions to keep the project on track.
• Review and interpret construction plans blueprints and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to address design changes or discrepancies.
• Manage project documentation including daily reports inspection records and change orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality control and identify any potential risks or deficiencies.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in foundation construction.
• Previous experience working on projects involving excavation pits cutoff walls soil improvement and other related techniques.
