Business Development Manager Audio Visual

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Male Business Development Manager with 510 years of experience in the audio visual (AV) field sales. As a Business Development Manager you will lead field sales activities and play a crucial role in driving business growth. A competitive salary with a variable component is offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV industry.

Conduct indepth market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscape.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Present our range of AV products and services to clients emphasizing their unique value propositions.

Lead negotiations and close deals ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Provide exceptional customer service and postsale support to clients.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).

510 years of proven experience in field sales within the audio visual (AV) industry.

Strong knowledge of audio visual equipment solutions and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Track record of identifying and successfully nurturing new business opportunities.

Exceptional negotiation and dealclosing abilities.

Selfmotivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Effective leadership and teamwork skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
