B&M Craft Spirits LLC (BMCS) is passionate about creating approachable and inclusive beverage alcohol brands that form strong emotional connections with consumers. The company’s first product Duke & Dame Salted Caramel Whiskey is a multiawardwinning and 100% natural flavored whiskey that is redefining the whiskey drinking experience with an amazing aroma a layered and complex palate an uncommonly smooth and long finish and only 1 gram of sugar per serving.

Since launching the brand in Florida in 2018 we have expanded Duke & Dame’s distribution into New York Michigan Maryland Washington DC and the Caribbean (Puerto Rico Jamaica Aruba Turks & Caicos Cayman Islands and USVI) as well as onto Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruise ships.

We are looking for passionate innovators problem solvers and whiskey lovers who are excited about joining the Duke & Dame family and building the next great spirits brand.

Who What You Will Do:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for on & off premise sales distributor management sales meetings and presentations negotiations workwiths budget management and driving distribution for Duke & Dame within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Duke & Dame brand and share our story in the market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributor trade professionals and key decision makers in both on and offpremise accounts within territory while maintaining clear and constant communication through various channels (ridealong email text call market visits inperson meetings).
  • Act as primary contact for distributor sales teams and ensure they are educated on key characteristics and benefits of Duke & Dame and informed of local brand objectives.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales and distribution goals and timely execution of all company initiatives programs and procedures.
  • Drive incremental share of mind among distributor sales teams and motivate sales teams to prioritize Duke & Dame in their portfolios.
  • Manage distributor inventory levels in conjunction with distributor to avoid outofstock issues.
  • Create on and off premise account target list to improve distribution and generate new business for Duke & Dame; identify gaps in current accounts and prospective account opportunities.
  • Make regular account visits to maintain and increase account base grow points of distribution and improve visibility of the Duke & Dame brand; create monthly schedule set up appointments and build weekly visit plan.
  • Secure placement (back bar and menu) of Duke & Dame in on premise accounts and execute ongoing promotional support such as staff trainings and consumerfocused promotions to drive depletions and rebuys.
  • Drive distribution for Duke & Dame in off premise accounts and ensure effective execution of pricing placement POS displays and other merchandising activities.
  • Execute local sampling plan through interaction with consumers and customers at off premise samplings special events and trade shows.
  • Maintain calendar of promotional activities and communicate to distributor partners and agencies.
  • Act as brand ambassador for Duke & Dame within territory including hosting events and leveraging social media and other tools to drive brand awareness visibility and sales.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of competitive activity in market including pricing promotions POS incentives and distribution programs.
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of distribution and sales performance within territory.
Who You Are:

We are looking for an energetic outgoing highly skilled and effective Area Sales Manager who enjoys selling premium spirits products and building relationships with spirits industry professionals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4 years of sales experience with a distributor or supplier in the spirits industry.
  • Outgoing passionate professional experienced in spirits sales and brand building with strong knowledge of on and off premise retail environments.
  • Highly selfmotivated and adaptable to entrepreneurial handson and remote work environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to highvalue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills adept at presenting ideas to individuals and groups along with proficiency in businessrelated math and pricing models.
  • Ability to work both traditional and nontraditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays as required.
  • Valid driver's license required with excellent driving record.
  • Ability to obtain salesperson or other licenses as required by state liquor authority.
  • Understanding of respective state compliance and liquor laws.
  • Must have solid computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point.
  • Must be able to lift carry push and/or pull up to 35 pounds.

  • 401K w/match after 90 days

  • $75000 $85000 plus 15% bonus
