What we do

Revalue supercharges the worlds leading naturebased developers. We enable them to go from the initial rapid assessment to first credit issuance and beyond. All supported by our climate tech which creates a stepchange in accuracy speed automation and level of insights during the project assessment and development process.

As a GeoPortfolio Product Manager at Revalue Nature your role involves overseeing a team of data scientists and analysts utilising your technical and data analytics expertise to scale operations and ensure swift highquality delivery. Drawing upon your technical proficiency and product management skills you will collaborate closely with a crossfunctional team.

Your responsibilities will encompass defining priorities collecting user insights and driving the complete process from ideation to execution of extensive geospatial and data analytics projects fostering innovation and introducing new capabilities. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting product and project requirements transforming them into clear roadmaps effectively prioritising technical requests and driving explorative discovery processes.

The GeoPortfolio Product Manager is responsible to our Chief Data Scientist. Were looking for someone who is located across GMT/2 timezones. Other locations can also be considered for the right candidate.

Tasks

What are the key responsibilities of the role

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Leading the data analytics delivery process by collaborating closely with the team to prioritise features aligning with Revalues portfolio managing sprints and ensuring the timely delivery of highquality insights.
• Leading the Spatial Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure timely project completion while defining and executing product and project priorities and roadmaps.
• Translating intricate technical requests into clear action plans and delivery priorities that align with projects objectives and technical feasibility.
• Using expertise to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively communicating technical concepts showcasing products and analytical tools capabilities.
• Monitoring delivery metrics to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability of data analytics and insights.
• Proposing statistically viable and resourceefficient assessment methods at scale using technical data to consistently enhance product performance and user experience.
• Maintaining an expertlevel understanding of the products technical capabilities contributing to technical documentation and collaborating with technical teams for successful product launches.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a productrelated role within the Earth Observation industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability to excel in a dynamic agile environment with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Proven track record in constructing and fostering a team focused on efficient delivery collaboration and flexibility.
• Acquired a robust technological foundation coupled with an enthusiastic attitude towards exploration and continual discovery.
• Strong in discovery showcasing a proven ability to identify innovative solutions or optimisation opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
• Proficiency in articulating technical concepts clearly whether communicating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders orally and in writing.
• Exceptional organisational time management and problemsolving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of ensuring effective delivery and maintaining daytoday operational excellence.
• Driven by a sense of purpose values and a desire to make a tangible impact.
• Resilience and the ability to drive challenging tasks.
• Willingness to be part of an international remoteworking team with the readiness to travel to various international locations as necessary.
• Proven ability to function effectively within diverse cultural environments.
• A love of nature; a strong affinity for the conservation and restoration of natural systems.
• Evidence that you can work in remote teams are a selfdriver with a willingness to take initiative and committed to continuous improvement and consistent highperformance within a complex and fastgrowing sector.
  Nice to have:
• Familiarity with the voluntary carbon market (REDD ARR ART Trees).
• Comfortable with geospatial concepts principles and applications.
• Understanding of statistical methods for spatial extrapolation scenario projections modeling and assessment.
• An understanding of naturebased solutions is desirable but not a must.
