Responsibilities:

Discuss with crossfunctional team to understand the product requirements

Develop communicate and document project strategies and plans including project plan and KPIs

Reviews status of projects manages schedules and prepare periodic status reports

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet project objectives / plan

Challenge functional groups external suppliers and internal plants to meet program goals and schedules

Develop and monitor risk mitigations plans to ensure business and project objectives are met

Coordination and Collaboration

Review of deliverables shared by the team

Design and development of Electromechanical devices Surgical devices

Executing Cost Optimization and VAVE projects

Medical device industry experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Project management

Handled team of 5 to 10 people with crossfunctional interaction

Strong communication skills

Strong problemsolving skills

Qualification:

BE/BS Mechanical Engineering
