Key Responsibilities

Handle endtoend ManageEngine solution presales engagements through facetoface and online meetings
Provide technical Response to RFI/RFP & conduct reseller/partner training
Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
Engage with existing ManageEngine customer to make sure they are happy customers and identify any upsell/cross sell opportunities if any.
Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts
Retaining the customers through customer success program
Presenting the solutions in conferences webinars and in public events.
Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our solutions from competitors in the market.
Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams.
Contribute to the development of sales collateral including white papers case studies and solution documentation

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions including IAM PAM IT security service management.
Knowledge about endpoints management monitoring and IT analytics is added advantage.
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Empathy and strong client facing skills with excellent communication.
No hesitation to travel within/outside Europe as this role requires 7580 % on travel meeting customers partners and prospects
Presales/Technical Account Management experience is an added advantage
Should be a native German speaker. Knowing French language is an added advantage.
Teamplayer: Able to work in a diverse multicultural team in a collaborative way.
A passion to work with technology and an ability to break down requirements to propose solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management and monitoring and IT analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients, customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
