Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our Sales and Customer Insights team. As a consultant you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to our clients that will help them improve their processes by datadriven decisions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement effective solutions.
Job Description:
Conduct indepth analysis of customer and sales specific data to identify key trends and patterns to enable the datadriven decision making. Having handson experience working with data is a plus.
Understand omnichannel sales (Offline and Ecommerce) and datasources to have a peer level conversation with clients on emerging business requirement in omnichannel ecosystem.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry trends in the CPG retail and other industries. Good understanding of the user journey on Ecommerce to generate ideas on how data sources can bring in multiple perspectives to generate insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of highquality work.
Handle budget effort tracking and product roadmap building with multiple stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in sales customer experience marketing analytics and ecommerce technologies in the CPG retail and other customeroriented industries.
Effectively contribute to the growth of the company being part of internal initiatives other than client requirements
Qualifications:
Strong educational background in Business Marketing Analytics or a related field.
46 years of experience in sales and customer analytics with a focus on ecommerce space in consumer industries.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with handson experience in working with data.
Prior experience of managing a product handling a dashboard and working with multiple stakeholders and across business and tech teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in data analysis/ Business Intelligence/ visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI)
Well versed with any web analytics tools (viz. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics Shopify Analytics etc.)
Having a functional understanding of predictive algorithms (Classification Regression Association Clustering etc.)
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver highquality work on time.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of industry trends and developments in sales customer experience and ecommerce technologies in the consumer industries.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and delivering highimpact solutions.
Having done projects in Sales Analytics Customer Life Cycle Marketing Insights Web Analytics Pricing & Promotion RTM/ eRTM Analytics Category Analysis or analytics in consumer space is great to have.
