Do stuff that matters For our design team we are looking for an outstanding personality who wants to work independently with a lot of energy in a small team on user research and the usability of our design interfaces to take our product development to the next level.

• You are a professional when it comes to driving the conceptual and visual development of our products services and solutions
• You value the creation of highquality content on modern platforms in collaboration with product management and our frontend team
• You can use your skills to translate complex data into userfriendly dashboard/interface solutions among other things
• You are our brain when it comes to creating user test plans wireframes prototypes and A/B testing
• You establish the topic of user research with the support of analytic tools at gridX and prepare user interviews and user surveys and conduct them in cooperation with our customers and partners
• You are responsible for multidisciplinary design tasks including UR UX UI and support our development teams with your expertise
• The close cooperation with the team and partners and your customeroriented approach motivate you in your daily work

This is how you and your application stand out

• You have at least 23 years of professional experience in the UX/UI field including user research (UR)
• You have a successfully completed degree or training in the field of design HCI marketing or digital media
• The ability to build components prototypes and click dummies with Figma or a comparable tool is a musthave
• You are up to date when it comes to agile testing methods and tools for product development
• Your knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Figma Adobe CC and a prototyping tool such as XD Sketch or similar) is part of your profile
• Your strong communication and teamwork skills make you an ideal addition to the innovative team
• You are creative and look for effective and useful communication channels
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Plus: Ideally you have knowledge of frontend development (HTML and CSS)
