Presales Engineer mfd Telecommunications

Infosim is an IT company based in Wrzburg Germany. Our core product is a network management solution called StableNet.

As a Presales Engineer (m/f/d) you will collaborate closely with our account managers while providing the technical expertise to help prospective clients identify the solution thats right for them.

We are looking to hire two people full or parttime (32h/week) starting 2024.

Tasks

• You will act as the technical expert for our network management system StableNet throughout the sales process.
• You will demonstrate the usecases and benefits of our product to prospective clients heloing them define their precise technical needs and expectations.
• As part of this you will leverage your technical knowledge to articulate how our product addresses specific client needs and pain points.
• Additionally you will aid in the set up proofofconcept test environments and tender offers.

Requirements

Your expertise is more important to us than any specific degree or years of experience.

If you feel comfortable around IT networks of more than 1000 devices i. e. are familiar with IPv6 device configuration and SNMP you should not miss out on this opportunity!

This role does not require advanced programming skills: Its more important to us that you have a good understanding of the Telco industry.

Many of our clients are based in Germany but if you only speak English that is not a problem either: Our international customer base is very accommodating.
