Title Mechanical Engineer Principle (480317)

Location Houston TX (Onsite)

Duration: Contract/Full Time

Job Description:

Skill Requirement & Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans conducts and directs analysis modification and designs for downhole tools.

  • Handson experience in SolidWorks to generate design modifications or new designs.

  • Experience in drafting of drawing applying GD&T

  • Completes structural calculations during development of design modifications & new designs

  • Completes FEA analysis on design modifications & new designs as required

  • Completes FMEA reviews on new design developments including DFMEA and PFMEA.

  • Utilizes DFM & DFA techniques during generation of design modifications and new designs

  • Generates test plans and procedures as required for design modifications and new design development

  • Learns and utilizes project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments as necessary

  • Collaborate with other disciplines and support functions to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and create impactful relationship

Qualification:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Masters preferred

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work exper
