Reporting to the Director of Operations Talentry is looking for a Finance Manager who can work onsite in the Anaheim area office to grow a team implement and optimize KPIs and Dashboards and oversee finance department operations.

This person will supervise a team of 8 (with immediate growth plans) as well a generate and compile financial data and develop appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports. This role supervises operations in the finance group including budgeting hiring training implementing company policies making recommendation to the executive team oversee company financial health etc.

The best candidate for this role will drive financial analytics and reporting for the company.

Requirements

Requirements:

BS in Finance Accounting or similar financiallyrelated field.

35 years of management experience.

Proven strategic and tactical financial problemsolving and analytics skills.

KPI development and optimization.

Financial modeling experience.

Dashboard implementation/optimization experience.

Global manufacturing experience required.

9hour onsite workday (with flexible hours.)

Sage experience is a plus.

Global manufacturing finance experience is a plus.

Financial Certifications are a plus (CPA/CPT/CFA etc)
