Job Description
The Honey Do Service of Sevierville is actively seeking to add an experienced Working Foreman to our team in the Knoxville TN area. Our ideal candidate will be organized and professional with a good overall knowledge of all trades from carpentry painting and drywall to light plumbing and electrical. We want someone with excellent customer service skills including solid communication and interpersonal abilities. It is crucial that interactions with customers and coworkers be positive trustworthy and professional.
Our Foreman is responsible for the oversight of our craftsmen and projects. They supervise and maintain job site cleanliness and quality conduct safety meetings and monitor uniforms and vehicles. They order and deliver job materials tools and rental equipment when needed. They maintain an industry level of skill and productivity as well as set and monitor the pace of production.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience at minimum
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to perform carpentry painting drywall and minor electrical and plumbing
- Own standard set of tools to perform the aforementioned trades
- Strong people skills and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Valid Drivers License
- Understanding of building products and equipment rental process
- Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions and a drug test

Benefits Pay Scale and Schedule
This is a fulltime hourly position. The pay is $20$25/hr based on experience. We offer full benefits including Medical Vision Dental Long Term Disability Life Insurance and 401K. We also perform regular pay reviews with your first one at 60 days. Work schedule is steady work year round with a set MondayFriday 8:004:30. We offer a company vehicle and fuel reimbursement.
