Head of Secondary - Girls, January 2024 We require a dedicated, qualified and experienced Head of Secondary - Girls. The ideal candidate will have an innovative, forward-thinking approach combined with a strong pastoral background. Doha Academy provides a British-based education incorporating the mandatory requirements of the Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education for students aged 3 – 18. The school’s Vision and Mission is to provide an outstanding, accessible and inclusive education based upon the teachings of Islam, which develops students spiritually, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Due to the success of our Qatar National Schools Accreditation process in February 2022 and NEASC accreditation in October 2022, enrollment across the Doha Academy has grown. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contexts where English is an additional language. As a member of the upper senior leadership team, the Head of Secondary - Girls will play an integral part in whole-school development, requiring a close working partnership with the overall Head of Secondary, Deputy Principal and Principal of the Doha Academy group of schools.
