JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Executive Chef with a solid background in fine
dining to lead the kitchen and daily food hospitality operations of
Santo Collection Resorts & Villas.
You will run efficiently and creatively the daily kitchen operations of the Collection
restaurants and bars outlets as well as the overall guest inhotel food experience.
You will be responsible for the kitchen concept ideation and application the
design of the outlets menu and the production of excellent quality and
consistent food meeting the highest hygiene standards while developing the
culinary personnel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Creative kitchen ideation concept.
- Design the restaurants menu creation.
- Lead and develop the culinary team while providing direction for the daytoday operation
- Manage finances for kitchen operations and cost control.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in culinary arts
- Several years of professional experience in leading roles in awarded restaurants and/or 5* properties.
- International experience will be considered an asset.
- Experience in leading and supervising chefs and junior chefs.
- Knowledge of the highest standards of cuisine found in international hospitality.
