As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Santo Collection you will be a pivotal member of our Commercial team reporting to the Commercial Manager.This role demands a detailoriented and highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
The Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing team and coordinate with the operations team of the hotel to facilitate the sales process coordinate events and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships responding to inquiries and preparing proposals.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions contracts and agreements.
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting the inspection visits at the hotel
Marketing Support:
- Responsible for Social Media & Mobile app content
- Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for marketing purposes.
- Responsible for the response to customer inquiries comments and reviews on various platforms.
- Maintain and distribute marketing collateral brochures and promotional materials.
Commerical Support:
- Assist in implementation of online promotions & offers
- Management and update of the hotels content online & offline (hotels website OTAs Tour Operators etc).
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends competitors and potential opportunities for the hotel
Event Coordination;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events meetings and conferences hosted at the hotel.
- Ensure all details related to event logistics catering audiovisual requirements and room setups are seamlessly coordinated.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence including emails contracts and proposals.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team clients and internal departments to facilitate clear and efficient communication.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral promotional materials and presentations.
Administrative Support:
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities.
Additional tasks as per the need of the department.
Requirements
Necessary Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in hospitality management sales business or administration.
- Previous experience in Hotel sales or customer service and other position in the hotel industry
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with MS Office
- Communication/negotiation/listening skills
- Team player
