Lead - QA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Lead to join our Quality Engineering team. As a QA Lead you will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives leading a team and collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure the success of multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Collaboration:

o Lead and manage a team of at least 68 QA professionals.

o Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple customer projects collaborating closely with clients and vendors.

Product Building and Implementation:

o Take charge of product building and contribute to multiple client implementations.

o Collaborate with other QA leads to ensure a unified and efficient QA process.

Test Automation:

o Develop and maintain automated scripts for specific modules.

o Design develop and support automation frameworks for test infrastructure.

Client Communication:

o Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and vendors to understand project requirements.

o Act as a liaison between the QA team and clients during project implementations.

UI and API Testing:

o Demonstrate expertise in UI and API testing ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

o Identify and test functional edge cases outside of expected functionality workflow.

Performance Testing:

o Utilize handson experience with performance testing to enhance the overall software quality.

o Make proactive contributions to continuous improvement in quality processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

o Be meticulous about documentation maintaining a robust log of all test cases and results.

o Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality.
