Job Description

Our client is hiring an Equipment Sales Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in technical sales preferably in HVAC heat pumps elevators equipment area etc.
  • Minim of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

The job is only available for candidates based in Romania.

Office Location: Cluj Romania

Tasks

  • Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on industrial and commercial customer acquisition and development
  • Perform according to the company strategy in terms of customer channels product mix and selling level
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers through regular customer visits
  • Develop the best total solution to the customer collaborating with other departments where necessary
  • In close collaboration with service rental and fulfilment departments continuously grow the level of customer satisfaction in the assigned territory by ensuring overall superb customer experience
  • Develop and implement business and account sales
  • Properly maintain and timely update all internal systems including customer database opportunity pipeline etc.

Requirements

  • Selfmotivated candidate with a hunter mindset and a willingness to overachieve sales target and build lasting relationship with customers
  • Speaks English on communication level
  • Strong communication and influencing skills along with high integrity and capacity to deal with changing priorities.
  • Highly autonomous and organized and can easily work remotely and from home. The position is hybrid (home and office) and include 5070% field trips in the region.
