What we do

Revalue supercharges the worlds leading naturebased developers. We enable them to go from the initial rapid assessment to first credit issuance and beyond. All are supported by our climate tech which creates a stepchange in accuracy speed automation and level of insights during the project assessment and development process.

Tasks

What are the main responsibilities of the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the continued headcount growth at Revalue Nature. This person will be responsible for collaborating with Hiring Mangers to find the best talent to meet the organisational needs. They will drive our recruitment processes to make sure they are effective efficient and deliver a positive experience to both internal and external stakeholders. The role will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from creating job specifications right through to offer stage
• Managing ad response and proactively searching for candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ensuring Revalue Nature presents itself positively in the recruitment market from ensuring a positive candidate experience every time to building our presence as a desirable employer
• Ensuring that internal stakeholders have a positive experience of recruiting; being a supportive partner to hiring managers
• Managing agency relationships where necessary but whilst seeking to minimise agency use and spend

Requirements

What do we expect from you

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience either agency or inhouse. This could be the ideal opportunity for you if you are an agency recruiter looking to come inhouse!
• High attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience of recruiting for a breadth of role types and organisational levels
• Experience directly sourcing candidates
• Customerfocused mentality passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience
• Highly personable building rapport comes easily
• Is an expert multitasker; attention to detail remains high with multiple moving parts
• Experience of working in and hiring for remote teams
• Excellent communications skills verbal and written and high attention to detail
• A love of nature; a strong affinity with conservation and restoration of natural systems

• Resilience and the ability to make difficult things happen
• Outstanding problemsolving skills and detail orientation
• Willingness to join an international remote working team travelling to various international settings as needed
• A proven ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings

• An understanding of naturebased solutions is desirable but not a must

Starting date: ASAP

Location: This is a fully remote role and is strongly preferred to be based in London but other locations can also be considered for exceptional candidates.

Hours: 32 hr/week flexible for the right candidate.
