Position Overview

Verification and Validation Project Manager to manage the execution of verification and validation testing of MRPC products. The candidate will manage the completion of testing for both sustaining and new product development.

Candidate would work as part of a highly integrated very experienced team in a dynamic environment that may occasionally involve working on more than one project simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Schedule Management of Verification and Validation activities

Creation of tasks and work packages for both internal and external testing efforts

Support Program Management in creation of high level program schedule

Maintain project schedules and provide status to Program Management

Support Program Management in creation of high level program schedule

Track and Drive tasks to completion

Manage risks associated with testing that may affect project schedule

Ensure that test equipment is prepared and available for upcoming test activities

Manage External partners

Engage with test partners to set up and execute tests

Facilitate continuous communication between internal and external partners

Identify needs and facilitate solutions to maintain testing progress

Desired Education & Experience Level

Technical or university degree preferred.

Desired work experience is 4 or more years.

A Must:

Previous project management experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with verification and validation test engineering role in a typical product development process

Ability to work with engineering teams to understand requirements and subsequent testing activities.

Ability to be flexible in a fluid product development environment.

Highly Desired:

Previous Test scheduling and scoping experience.
