Your key job responsibilities as the Operations Manager in South Africa (Remote) will include:

• Lead and manage daytoday operations ensuring seamless functionality of the iGaming division within the African market
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the iGaming platform driving engagement and revenue growth
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of highquality content and optimize the UI/UX experience
  
• Analyse market trends competitor activities and user feedback to implement improvements and innovations
  
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders fostering partnerships for business growth
  
• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
  

Requirements for this Operations Manager job in South Africa (Remote):

• Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations within the iGaming industry
  
• Experience in the Sportsbook industry would be an added advantage
  
• Indepth understanding of the African iGaming market landscape
  
• Strong passion for content creation UI/UX and user engagement strategies
  
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams
  
• Excellent communication analytical and strategic planning abilities
