The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing sales organization in Oklahoma City Oklahoma that is seeking a Business Solution Specialist. As a Business Solution Specialist you will be responsible for researching developing designing and implementing solution designs within client environments. You will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to bring effective business technology solutions to our clients. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Business knowledge necessary to align technology related decisions with the organizations goals
- Develops technology solutions that solve business issues
- Identify opportunities and risks for the business
- Drive research and development
- Monitor technology and social trends that could impact the company
- Communicate the companys technology strategy to partners management and employees
- Maintain current information about technology standards and compliance regulations
- Assist in client technology account planning and strategy development
- Speak with authority about the market needs must be credible with customers and must be able to articulate the business value and ROI to a variety of audiences at different levels
- Translate business and technical requirements into client workflow solutions to meet client needs
- Oversee new implementations integrations and deployments
- Support the development of customer proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 years relevant and progressive IT experience including executive level leadership experience and strategic planning
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio Word Excel Project & PowerPoint
- Good driving record valid drivers license and proof of insurance
