Position Overview
As a Senior Real Estate Paralegal you will support infrastructure land acquisition building improvements and other real estate related projects which have been earmarked for behavioral healthbased infrastructure and building improvements in the State of California. Your primary focus will be working with the Californiabased legal team in crafting editing reviewing and processing realestate related documents including the following types of agreements and documentation:
The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will support program management teams not individual attorneys. This role is for a motivated legal professional that wants to continue to grow and expand their skill set.

Location: 100% remote (Must live and work in California)
Salary Range: $100000 $112000
