Responsibilities



Requirements

  • 48 years of presales experience with IT/SaaS products such as CRM.
  • A passion to work with technology and an ability to break down requirements to propose solutions.
  • Teamplayer: Able to work in a diverse multicultural team in a collaborative way.
  • Empathy and strong client facing skills with excellent communication.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in programming is an added advantage

This position is based in Milton Keynes in a hybrid working model as of today. However this could be revised to an InOffice model if required in future.
Its important for the applicant to be a resident in the UK have a valid work authorisation and be within commutable distance.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management and monitoring and IT analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients, customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
