Spa Manager – Dumfermline £27000

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Manager who enjoys a hybrid role of delivering treatments as well as driving results through leading a spa team and business.
The position based in the former capital of Scotland Dunfermline is within one of a renowned group of health clubs and hotel spas offering a range of modern facilities and traditional spa treatments.

**Responsibilities:**

Conduct performance management including regular team 121 sessions
Handle recruitment and staffing processes
Manage rostering and column management effectively
Drive income generation and meet profit expectations
Implement promotions and processes to maximize revenue
Manage costs and ensure efficient resource allocation
Maintain high standards within the spa environment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide regular reporting on spa operations

**Requirements:**
Resultsfocused mindset and ability to work towards KPIs
NVQ Level 3 beauty qualification or equivalent
Delivery of treatments 60% 80% of the week
Excellent customer service skills with a customerfocused attitude
Natural leadership qualities and strong people development skills
Flexibility with a "can do" attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable: Elemis trained but not essential
