Restoration and Mitigation company is looking for an experienced Healthcare Construction/Mitigation Project Manager in Nashville TN.

The Healthcare Construction/Mitigation/Remediation Project Manager is responsible for
managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute healthcare
construction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings
with customers clients subcontractors and resource providers involved in healthcare
construction services. This job description assumes that the Project Manager has the support of
a Construction Superintendent performing all construction field activities.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction in a healthcare setting.
2. Manage personnel subcontractors and vendors in healthcare construction settings.
3. Develop scope of work for healthcare construction projects. Develop and review estimates.
4. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
5. Negotiate terms and set expectations. Collect deposits and draws.
8. Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
9. Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
10. Review budgets. Manage expenses and assist in collecting final payment.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Recruit train and onboard personnel as needed for healthcare construction projects.
2. Manage personnel subcontractors and vendors.
3. Manage all warranty activities in healthcare construction.
4. Ensure proper permits are acquired for healthcare construction projects.
5. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers for projects.
6. Manage any equipment tools and materials (assets).
7. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
8. Be familiar with and be able to execute all roles and responsibilities.
9. Other tasks/duties as required by the employer.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• Three to five years of experience in healthcare construction project management is desired.
• ICRA certification is a major plus.
• Experience in estimating. Xactimate experience and/or certification is prized
• Superb customer service track record.
• Exemplary written and oral communication desired.
• Basic computer skills including Office 365 suite.
• Experience in restoration required. IICRC OSHA RRP certifications preferred.


Compensation: $90000.00 to $110000.00 DOE
