We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Channel Sales Executive to join ManageEngine team in the UK. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our channel partnerships and driving revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners in the UK.
  • Conduct regular sales training and enablement programs for channel partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective channel management.
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay uptodate of market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to internal team on market dynamics.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing and product management to ensure alignment with channel strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on channel performance.
  • Stay updated on ManageEngines product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to channel partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK IT market and channel landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in channel sales.

This role comes with a Remote Work Model and a travel requirement of at least 75%.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management and monitoring and IT analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients, customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
