Job Description

1.Implement Training and Development policies and procedures across the organization.
2.Analyze the Training and development needs and organize internal training sessions.
3.Coordinate with External training centers and organize training sessions as per the requirement.
4.Correspond regularly with the Line Managers and Department Heads to identify the training needs according to the scope of work.
5.Constantly evaluate and suggest learning and Development programs as per the market needs.
6.Prepare training feedback data and contribute to the employee evaluation reports.
7.Prepare monthly Training and development progress presentation for the overview of the Group HR Manager.
8.Should Maintain Proper Training records such as certificates reports & feedback Forms.
9.Evaluate continually the progress of the organizationwide succession program and recommend program adjustment if needed.
10.Knowledge in career and succession planning in order to provide specialist advice and support subordinates and with regards to talent assessments and succession planning.
11.Brief the Group HR Manager on all career and succession planning operation escalate any issues and provide reports as required.
Requirements
Min 5 Max 8 Years of experience in the same field.
Having good time management and organizational skills. Demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities. Keep abreast of real estate market developments and industry best practices. Able to communicate effectively and confidently persuade others, with strong interpersonal skills.
