Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This would be a hybrid position with a mix of home and office working days. This position will be responsible for WPO s unique Case Management System, UCMS.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for UCMS developments (priorities, vision, functionalities, etc.).
- Responsible for the communication on UCMS to stakeholders (Service delivery, Finance, clients).
- Responsible to make UCMS as a product for our Industry.
- Manage the team in charge of UCMS day to day implementation (ongoing activity) outside of clients implementation.
- Responsible to support other UCMS users (AMs, SD, Finance, etc.) for all questions related to UCMS.
Requirements
Job Skills:
- Experience with requirements management and gathering.
- Flexible schedule to allow for collaboration with departments across multiple time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including writing technical requirements.
- Understanding of IT requirements development and software testing.
- Experience coordinating projects directly with clients.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence strongly preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
- Extensive experience and skill with Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility; creative problem solving with ability to remember similar resolutions/problems and think outside the box to assist staff/clients.
- Strong customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to work with virtual teams in different time zones effectively.
- Expert in using MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage and analyze complex data sets, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions desired.
- Time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize to react with the appropriate level of urgency to issues desired.
