On behalf of a large energy developer in Dublin we are looking to hire a Financial Operations Team Lead.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the delivery of bestpractice finance processes digitalisation delivering business requirements and continued staff development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of management accounts reconciliations and statutory financial statements.
- Advise on accounting implications of commercial transactions.
- Management of the statutory audit process for business unit entities engagement with external auditors and delivery of outputs to key internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage the performance of the Accounting & Reporting team to ensure delivery of outputs to business units.
- Delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and various projects within the Accounts & Reporting function.
Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified with 35 years Post Qualified Experience.
- High Level of accounting competency and strong analytical skills.
- Prior renewable energy property or utilities experience highly advantageous.
- Strong team leadership skills with an ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Experience improving processes and financial systems
