As a provincial organization WeBC is currently looking to add a dedicated and organized individual to join their Kelowna team as a Client Services Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Director of Loans & Advisory the Client Services Coordinator fills an important role as a key member of the Client Services team often providing the first impression for clients as the initial point of contact with the organization. Key responsibilities including client intake conducting an initial needs assessment information referral coordination of counselling requests responding to telephone inquiries and responding to client service emails.
