Job Description

Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
Location: Mumbai (Candidate to be based out of Mumbai only)
Prior Experience: 4-5 years minimum for Senior Sales Manager preferably someone who has worked in CSR Fundraising B2B Sales.
  1. Min 4-5 years of total work experience. Must have worked in CSR Fundraising/Institutional Fundraising / B2B Sales (Eg - Corporate Sales etc. - High Value Sales) for a min. of 4-5 years.
  2. Should have a track record of exceptional performance in B2B fundraising/Sales.
  3. Experience of working in the Development Sector for CSR Fundraising/Institutional Fundraising will be preferred.
  4. Candidate should be fluent in verbal and written English and must speak clear English.
  5. Candidate must have good presentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and implementing a systematic fundraising strategy to raise donations from Corporate CSR and Institutional Foundations.
  2. Identifying, Connecting, Meeting and building long-term relationships with Corporate CSR and Institutional Foundations.
  3. Managing database/CRM effectively and planning a continuous customer engagement.
  4. Coordinate with other stakeholders in projects such as School Authorities, Government bodies and CSR arms of corporates as and when required for smooth execution of projects.
  5. Giving Continuous feedback to the product, program, and marketing team about learning acquired.
  6. Setting up systems and process for all documents and other sales related activities.
  7. Studying the details of each product offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
  8. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  9. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales and constantly work on improvement of sales processes and systems.
