Facilities Lead Ogden AOA
We are seeking a skilled reliable and dedicated Facilities Lead to oversee all buildingrelated activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of our infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and wellfunctioning. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building and maintenance operations. A keen eye for detail is vital as well.
What youll do:
Oversee and direct facilities operations.
Coordinate inspection maintenance and repairs of the infrastructure.
Develop and implement costeffective operations and facility management protocols.
Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
Develop and manage vendor contracts.
Manage and track facilities inventory.
Collaborate with other facilities personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
What is required:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Certification in Facility Management or equivalent relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or operations management.
Great organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Excellent knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and experience with implementing corrective action programs.
