Facilities HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our facilities. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot systems perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency calls. Its a collaborative position working closely with other facility personnel to ensure a safe comfortable and efficient working environment.
What youll do:
Install inspect and maintain HVAC equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration malfunctions
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
Respond to emergency HVAC needs
Recommend upgrades and energysaving options when appropriate
Comply with all safety protocols and procedures
Document service and maintenance reports
Collaborate with other facilities personnel
Other duties as assigned
What is required:
High School Diploma or GED required
HVAC certification or equivalent vocational training required
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
Thorough understanding of HVAC systems and methods
