Role overview
Reporting to the Director of Telemarketing and Performance you will be responsible for managing campaigns from our client briefing stage through to delivery. You will compile briefing materials using AI tools lead agent coordination for effective message delivery to the target audience and ensure campaign goals are met. You will work with clients and the Client Success team providing updates managing appointments and call reports and producing detailed wrapup summaries. Additionally you will use AI to document and report on campaign outcomes including tangible results and identified trends or themes.
Initially based in our Manchester office you will transition to a hybrid remote working arrangement after establishing your role.

As a Campaign Delivery Manager at oneninefive you will:
- Collaborate with the Client Success Team to grasp each campaigns specific telemarketing brief and key deliverables compile clear briefing materials and effectively brief delivery executives to ensure their full understanding and engagement.
- Build a detailed understanding of their clients their needs and the challenges they face to improve results.
- Work with agents to achieve campaign goals following a collaborative one team ethos for delivering excellent client results.
- Use your initiative to address project issues within the original brief monitor productivity and work quality for necessary remediation and collaborate with the Client Services Team and Director of TM&P to resolve challenges in campaigns not progressing as planned.
- Deliver successful telemarketing campaigns to foster a culture of organic growth and client renewals.
- Communicate ongoing updates and feedback to the Client Success Team and clients through regular reports appointments and call logs using email phone or facetoface meetings.
- Produce a comprehensive wrapup summary of the campaign detailing tangible results and underlying trends while collaborating with Quality Analysts to ensure the reports quality aligns with the projects brief and goals.
- Develop and support colleagues through the induction and training process providing ongoing onthejob assistance to help continuously enhance their performance.
You will bring:
- 1 years experience in an outbound phonebased sales environment (preferably B2B)
- Experience working directly with clients and providing them feedback and/or updates.
- Experience mentoring team members to improve performance and results.
- Experience working to set goals associated with Telemarketing Campaigns.
- The ability to use multiple IT solutions including a working knowledge of Database/CRM systems and tools.
