Warehouse Administrator External

The purpose of this position is to document and capture all stock movement within the warehouse between warehouses to clients and from Production.

Skills :

• Responsible for all related capturing of data and processing thereof items include but not limited to invoices COA s trip sheets stock transfers sample requests inventory
• Responsible for relevant payment allocation and administration thereof
• Assist walkin clients where applicable
• Assist with telephonic queries
• Responsible for ensuring sufficient stock levels
• Responsible for stock takes
• All administrative duties relating to stock
• Assist with cycle counts and spot checks
• Managing SAP
• Responsible for various reporting daily weekly and monthly
• Responsible for all rework and related administration
• Housekeeping

Health and Safety

• Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
• Followup on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
• Attend safety education and refresher programmes
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
• Distribute safety information as and when required
• Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
