This fulltime nonexempt position reports to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities:
This position can be fully remote in the United States and requires 25% travel.

Responsibilities:
- Tactical Operations Planning: Identify and develop plans to achieve market growth operational processes and strategic partner relationships
- Identify & implement operating systems: risk IT and social governance product certification and operational processes extending the entirety of the value stream from customer order through accounts receivable
- Reporting and Analytics: Identify key business performance metrics to be leveraged to communicate company performance and identification for opportunities of improvement. Keen insight into market segment to analyze for growth and competitor performance
- Build Key Stakeholder Alliances: A liaison between the company and raw material suppliers comanufacturers thirdparty logistics providers and other key relationships
- Customer/ Relationship Management: Build effective relationships with enduser customers through customerfacing platforms communication and feedback
- Operations Profit and Loss (P/L) Ownership: Full profit and loss (P/L) responsibilities: gross sales COGs SG&A net revenue and margin
- Budgeting: Major contributor in establishing company and departmental budgets
- 10 years’ experience in upper management with concurrent crossfunctional leadership
- Bachelors of Science/Business Administration/Management Studies required
- Masters of Business Administration/Master of Science Management preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing required
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma APICS or other industry associations preferred
- Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems required.
- Experience with implementation or making recommendations on appropriate systems strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ethical mindset
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and able to make strategic recommendations and decisions based on data
- Strong communicator approachability and professional demeanor
- Proactive decisive decisionmaking competencies
- Proven record of company/ business unit/ departmental growth and success
- 25% domestic travel required
