hh2 Cloud Services is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Product team. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the future of hh2’s products creating designs that deliver exceptional experiences for our users –enabling efficiency for those working in the field or backoffice of midmarket construction companies.

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating designs that enhance the overall functionality and usability of hh2’s web and mobile experiences – working within a crossfunctional team of UX product engineering and QA. This person will establish great relationships with other key stakeholders across the business to create designs workflows and functionality that will win in the market by delivering solutions that delight our customers.

hh2 Cloud Services is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Product team. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the future of hh2’s products creating designs that deliver exceptional experiences for our users –enabling efficiency for those working in the field or backoffice of midmarket construction companies.
What You Will Do:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating designs that enhance the overall functionality and usability of hh2’s web and mobile experiences – working within a crossfunctional team of UX product engineering and QA. This person will establish great relationships with other key stakeholders across the business to create designs workflows and functionality that will win in the market by delivering solutions that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the Product Owner’s vision and user stories into a visual representation for project stakeholders and developers to see how a feature should look.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes prototypes and visual designs for our web applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to other designers.
- Stay up to date with current design trends and technologies.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Contribute to the overall design strategy and vision of the company.
- Ensure that the user experience will be intuitive and easy to learn for end users.
- Ensure that the page designs are responsive to different screen device sizes.
- 3 years of experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role for SaaS Products Wireframing Prototyping Design Thinking Usability Testing
- Mobile Design / Responsive design and Problem solving skills.
- UX Principles & Methodologies and Accessibility
- Design system management Atomic Design
- Component usage and component creation
- Design Tools like Figma and Mural
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Strong teamwork communication critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Target compensation range: $130 to $160k
