What You Will Do:
The Product Manager will own and manage the roadmap of improvements that helps our growing AP product serve midmarket construction companies – working within a crossfunctional team of product engineering and QA. This person will establish great relationships with other key stakeholders across the business such as product marketing operations sales and finance to create designs workflows and functionality that will win in the market by delivering solutions that delight our customers.

What You Will Do:
The Product Manager will own and manage the roadmap of improvements that helps our growing AP product serve midmarket construction companies – working within a crossfunctional team of product engineering and QA. This person will establish great relationships with other key stakeholders across the business such as product marketing operations sales and finance to create designs workflows and functionality that will win in the market by delivering solutions that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product leadership to define and articulate product vision and strategy that aligns with hh2s product strategy and supports the corporate strategy
- Define articulate and manage product requirements
- Deliver the product – be accountable for the delivery of the product from requirement to usage and inlife management
- Own and manage the health and success of the product ensuring that the priorities are executed to achieve the KPIs set for the product (NPS P&L Growth etc.)
- Regularly communicate product requirements priorities and rationale with all internal stakeholders and external partners to drive understanding of priority
- Be the voice of the product inside and outside of the organization particularly when indepth product knowledge and understanding is critical
- Create maintain and communicate progress against plans and the product roadmap on a consistent and regular basis (weekly monthly quarterly)
- Perform and document change management with customerfacing teams and lead GTM efforts for customerimpacting changes
- Be rigorous about all product activities and responsibilities including the use of tools processes and methodologies such as JIRA and Agile
- Lead or mentor a team of product professionals
hh2 Cloud Services is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team. This individual will be responsible for leading the definition and delivery of highpriority AP automation and payments initiatives enabling efficiency for those working in the field or backoffice of midmarket construction companies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager or similar role
- Understanding of AP automation and Payments within SaaS offerings preferred
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact with and influence others effectively and professionally to achieve desired business outcomes
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes by refocusing energy on highest priority
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects/items at a time
- Experience working in a PE backed company is a plus
- Experience with people leadership a plus
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. We do offer standing desks upon request.
